Water Master Dredging Equipment Produced by Royang Dredger Co., Ltd.
The Water Master Dredging Equipment produced by Royang Dredger Co., Ltd. is an amphibious, multi-purpose and environmentally friendly dredging equipment with 40 years of technological iteration. Its core positioning is a comprehensive solution for shallow water area maintenance and restoration.
Different from traditional single-function equipment, it integrates multiple functions such as cutter suction, backhoe, rake dredging and piling, and is a modular intelligent equipment capable of independently completing the entire process of operations. Characterized by "mobility, durability, environmental protection and high efficiency", it is widely used in more than 70 countries around the world and has become a benchmark in the field of shallow water dredging.
Design Principle
1. Amphibious Modular Structure
Built with segmented buoyancy pontoons and rubber crawler tracks, it can move freely on water, mudflats and soft land. The modular design enables quick disassembly and reassembly for road or container transport.
2. Hydraulic-Driven Cutter Suction System
Powered by a central hydraulic system, the rotating cutter head breaks underwater soil and sediment into slurry. A high efficiency suction pump draws the slurry through pipelines to discharge points. Hydraulic motors drive all moving parts for smooth, precise control.
3. Compact Integrated Layout
Engine, hydraulic station, pump and control cabin are integrated into a single unit. This reduces weight, improves maneuverability and allows operation in narrow, shallow or confined spaces.
4. Environment Friendly Dredging Design
Closed suction and discharge pipelines minimize sediment spillage and turbidity. Low emission engine and quiet operation reduce ecological disturbance.
Performance
Amphibious capability: works in water as shallow as 0.5 m and on soft mud/land.
Dredging depth: typically 3–8 m (model dependent).
Slurry flow rate: 40–150 m³/h.
Sediment handling: silt, sand, clay, sludge and light gravel.
Mobility: 360° rotating boom, self propelled on land/water.
Operation: 1–2 operators; simple controls; easy maintenance.
Applicable Working Conditions
Water bodies: shallow rivers, canals, lakes, reservoirs, ponds, small harbors and coastal inter tidal zones.
Terrain: narrow waterways, low bridge areas, mudflats, marshlands and ecologically sensitive zones.
Sediments: soft to medium hard silt, sand, clay and organic sludge.
Typical projects: channel maintenance, lake/pond desilting, flood control dredging, small scale sand removal, ecological restoration and waterfront construction.
