The river sand dredge machines we produce are available in both self-propelled and non-self-propelled types, and they are portable river sand dredge machines. The hull adopts a detachable box-type structure; this detachable design allows for easy on-site assembly and convenient transportation by road, railway or container, making installation and relocation between different work sites more hassle-free. According to customers’ specific needs, the power system can be designed as either an electric system or a diesel engine-driven system. The equipment installed on the river sand dredge machine includes the following: traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane. The working process is as follows: the cutter head cuts underwater sand and mud into a slurry mixture, which is then delivered to the pipeline on the river sand dredge machine through the dredging pump; finally, the slurry is discharged to the required location on land via the on-board pipeline.

This Royang river sand dredge machine is equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and other auxiliary equipment. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices according to actual needs. Generally speaking, it integrates the functions of dredging, conveying and discharging mud or sand. It can generate a certain degree of vacuum through a centrifugal pump to achieve efficient slurry suction and transportation.

Design

Cummins Engine
The river sand dredge machine is equipped with the world-famous and high-power Cummins engine, which is well-known for its strong durability, low fuel consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is one of the most important components of both the river sand dredge machine and the wheel bucket dredger, with extremely high and strict requirements—it is the main artery supporting the normal operation of the entire dredger. The lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are all driven by hydraulic motors.
A complete hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valve manifolds, solenoid valves, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuators and other related parts, which work together to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Detachable Structure
The river sand dredge machine has a detachable structure, which makes it convenient to transport during delivery or when moving from one working site to another, effectively reducing transportation costs and improving work efficiency.
Shijiazhuang Pump
The flow passage components of the pump are made of high-wear-resistant Cr27 alloy, which effectively extends the service life of the pump. The pump shaft seal adopts a packing seal for easy maintenance, and the anti-friction bearings are from the famous Japanese brand NSK.
Cutter head
Each cutter head is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. High-chromium material is used to make the cutter head, which has excellent wear resistance to adapt to the harsh working environment of river sand dredging.
The cutter head is driven by a hydraulic motor; the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit to prevent sediment from entering and ensure long-term stable operation.

Pipes and Floaters
The river sand dredge machine is equipped with special pipelines for solid material discharging work.
Pipelines usually consist of three parts: pipes, floaters and rubber hoses.
There are three types of pipes (steel pipes, HDPE pipes and self-floating pipes) for customers to choose from, depending on the type of solid material to be discharged.
Customers can purchase pipes either by themselves or from our company. If customers have special requirements, we can provide customized pipeline solutions according to their needs.
Regarding shipping packaging: the pipelines will be shipped in 40" HQ containers to ensure safe transportation.
Kind reminder: customers are advised to purchase additional pipelines as spares to avoid operational delays caused by pipeline damage or wear.
