The river dredging cutter suction dredgers we produce are either self-propelled or non-self-propelled, portable river dredging cutter suction dredgers. The hull adopts a detachable and box-type structure; its detachable design allows for easy assembly at the work site and convenient transportation by road, railway or container, facilitating both installation and relocation between different work sites. The power system can be designed as an electric system or a diesel engine-driven system according to customers’ specific requirements. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is one of the most important components of both the river dredging cutter suction dredger and the wheel bucket dredger, with extremely high and strict requirements—it is the main artery of the entire dredger. The lateral traction winches, lifting winches and cutter heads of the dredgers are all driven by hydraulic motors.

Shijiazhuang Pump
The flow passage components of the pump are made of high-wear-resistant Cr27 alloy, which effectively extends the service life of the pump. The pump shaft seal adopts a packing seal for easy maintenance, and the anti-friction bearings are from the Japanese brand NSK, ensuring the pump’s stable operation and long service life.
Cutter head
Each cutter head is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. The material used is high-chromium steel, which has excellent wear resistance to adapt to harsh working environments.
The cutter head is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit to prevent sediment intrusion and ensure long-term stable operation.
