The sand dredging cutter suction dredgers we supply are either self-propelled or non-self-propelled, portable sand dredging cutter suction dredgers. The hull adopts a detachable and box-like structure; its detachable design allows for easy assembly at the work site and convenient transportation by road, railway or container, facilitating both installation and relocation between different work sites. The power system can be designed as an electric system or a diesel engine-driven system according to customers’ requirements. The sand dredging cutter suction dredger can easily pass under low bridges. Both the control room and rest room are detachable, and the connecting parts between the cabin room and the deck are easily detachable joints.
Construction: It consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon and two side pontoons. The pontoons are connected by connecting pieces and fastened with high-strength bolts and nuts.

Cummins Engine
The sand dredging cutter suction dredger is equipped with the world-famous and powerful Cummins engine, which is renowned for its durability, low fuel consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is one of the most important components of both the sand dredging cutter suction dredger and the wheel bucket dredger, with extremely high and strict requirements—it is the main artery of the entire dredger. The lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are all driven by hydraulic motors.
An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valve manifolds, solenoid valves, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuators and so on.
Detachable Structure

Shijiazhuang Pump
The flow passage components are made of high-wear-resistant Cr27 alloy to extend the pump’s service life. The pump shaft seal adopts a packing seal for easy maintenance, and the anti-friction bearings are from the Japanese brand NSK.
Cutter head
Each cutter head is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. It is made of high-chromium material for wear resistance.
The cutter head is driven by a hydraulic motor; the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit.
