Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is one of the most important components of both the river cleaning cutter suction dredger and the wheel bucket dredger, with extremely high and strict requirements—it is the main artery of the entire dredger. The lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are all driven by hydraulic motors.
An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valve manifolds, solenoid valves, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuators and so on.
Detachable Structure

The flow passage components are made of high-wear-resistant Cr27 alloy to extend the pump’s service life. The pump shaft seal adopts a packing seal for easy maintenance, and the anti-friction bearings are from the Japanese brand NSK.
Cutter head
Each cutter head is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. It is made of high-chromium material for wear resistance.
The cutter head is driven by a hydraulic motor; the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit to prevent sediment intrusion and ensure stable operation.
