1) If required, Party A will send two qualified and experienced engineers to Party B's workplace to guide the installation of the river desilting cutter suction dredger and train Party B's staff on its operation.

2) To assist with the installation, Party B shall arrange 6-8 workers to support these engineers.

For one river desilting cutter suction dredger with all installation preparations completed, the installation and testing period is expected to take 10-15 days.

3) Party A's engineers must arrive at the location designated by Party B within 3 days after the river desilting cutter suction dredger is transported to the workplace.

4) After the complete installation of the river desilting cutter suction dredger, Party B may coordinate with Party A's engineers to test the dredger's performance in suitable water areas.
