Cutter head
Each cutter head of the sea sand dredging cutter suction dredger is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. The cutter head is made of high-chromium material, which has excellent wear resistance and can withstand the harsh marine working environment where sea sand is highly abrasive.
The cutter head of the sea sand dredging cutter suction dredger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit. This unit effectively prevents sea water and sediment from entering the bearing, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the cutter head.

Pipes and Floaters
The sea sand dredging cutter suction dredger is equipped with dedicated pipelines for solid material (sea sand) discharging. These pipelines usually consist of three parts: pipes, floaters and rubber hoses, which are specially designed to adapt to marine working conditions.
There are three types of pipes available for customers to choose from according to the type of solid material (sea sand) to be discharged: steel pipes, HDPE pipes and self-floating pipes, each with different advantages to meet diverse operational needs.
Customers have the option to purchase pipes either independently or from our company. If customers have special requirements for the pipelines (such as corrosion resistance for marine use), we can provide customized pipeline solutions according to their specific needs.
Regarding shipping packaging: the pipelines will be shipped in 40" HQ containers to ensure safe transportation and avoid damage during long-distance shipping.
