Royang Sand Pumping Dredger
The sand pumping dredgers built by our company are available in both self-propelled and non-self-propelled types, and they are portable sand pumping dredgers. The hull adopts a detachable box-like structure; this detachable design enables easy on-site assembly and convenient transportation by road, railway or container, bringing great convenience to both installation and relocation between different work sites. According to customers’ specific demands, the power system can be designed as either an electric system or a diesel engine-driven system. The equipment installed on the sand pumping dredger includes the following: traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane. The working process is as follows: the cutter head cuts underwater sand and mud into a slurry mixture, which is then delivered to the pipeline on the sand pumping dredger through the dredging pump; finally, the slurry is discharged to the required location on land via the on-board pipeline.

Royang Sand Pumping Dredger Feature and Application
The sand pumping dredger can easily pass under low bridges. Both the control room and rest room are detachable, and the connecting parts between the cabin and the deck are easily detachable joints.
Construction: It is composed of three pontoons: one main pontoon and two side pontoons. These pontoons are connected by connecting pieces and fastened firmly with high-strength bolts and nuts.
Working sites of the sand pumping dredger: seas, ports, lakes and rivers.
Soil conditions: It is suitable for relatively hard soil, compacted sand, sludge, sea sand, river sand, clay, mud, and other similar soil types.

Design
Our sand pumping dredgers are designed by senior engineers with many years of professional experience in shipbuilding and dredging projects, ensuring that each sand pumping dredger is scientifically designed, practical and fully adaptable to various on-site working conditions.
Cummins Engine
The sand pumping dredger is equipped with the world-famous and high-performance Cummins engine, which is widely recognized for its strong durability, low fuel consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is one of the most critical components of both the sand pumping dredger and the wheel bucket dredger, with extremely strict performance requirements—it serves as the main artery supporting the normal operation of the entire dredger. The lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are all driven by hydraulic motors.
A complete hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valve manifolds, solenoid valves, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuators and other essential parts, which work together to ensure stable operation.
Detachable Structure
The sand pumping dredger is detachable, making it convenient to transport during delivery or when moving from one working site to another, effectively reducing transportation costs and improving work efficiency.
Shijiazhuang Pump
The flow passage components of the pump are made of high-wear-resistant Cr27 alloy, which effectively extends the service life of the pump. The pump shaft seal adopts a packing seal for easy maintenance, and the anti-friction bearings are from the famous Japanese brand NSK.
Cutter head
Each cutter head is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. High-chromium material is used to make the cutter head, which has excellent wear resistance to cope with harsh working environments.
The cutter head is driven by a hydraulic motor; the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit to prevent sediment intrusion and ensure long-term stable operation.

2. Configuration of spud carriage

5. Equipping the dredger with an additional underwater dredging pump to increase the dredging depth to 20-30 meters underwater, with a slurry concentration of more than 30%.
