Royang Sand Dredger Vessel
The sand dredger vessel manufactured by our company is either self-propelled or non-self-propelled, and it is a portable cutter dredger vessel. The hull adopts a detachable box-like structure; this detachable design allows for easy assembly at the work site and convenient transportation by road, railway or container, making installation and relocation between different work sites more convenient. According to customers’ requirements, the power system can be designed as either an electric system or a diesel engine-driven system. The equipment on the sand dredger vessel includes the following: traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane. The working process is as follows: the cutter head cuts underwater sand and mud into a slurry mixture, which is then delivered to the pipeline on the sand dredger vessel through the dredging pump; finally, the slurry is discharged to the required location on land via the on-board pipeline.

Royang Sand Dredger Vessel Feature and Application
The sand dredger vessel can easily pass under low bridges. Both the control room and rest room are detachable, and the connecting parts between the cabin and the deck are easily detachable joints.
Construction: It consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon and two side pontoons. These pontoons are connected by connecting pieces and fastened tightly with high-strength bolts and nuts.
Working sites of the sand dredger vessel: seas, ports, lakes and rivers.
Soil conditions: It is suitable for relatively hard soil, compacted sand, sludge, sea sand, river sand, clay, mud, and other similar soil types.

Design
Our sand dredger vessels are designed by senior engineers who have many years of professional experience in dredger building and dredging work, ensuring that each sand dredger vessel is well-designed, practical and fully meets on-site operation needs.
Cummins Engine
The sand dredger vessel is equipped with the world-famous and high-performance Cummins engine, which is well-known for its strong durability, low fuel consumption, standardized accessories and easy maintenance.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is one of the most important components of both the sand dredger vessel and the wheel bucket dredger, with extremely high and strict requirements—it is the main artery of the entire dredger. The lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are all driven by hydraulic motors.
A complete hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valve manifolds, solenoid valves, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuators and other related parts.
Detachable Structure
The sand dredger vessel is detachable, so it is convenient to transport during delivery or when moving from one working site to another, effectively reducing transportation costs and improving work efficiency.
Shijiazhuang Pump
The flow passage components are made of high-wear-resistant Cr27 alloy, which effectively extends the service life of the pump. The pump shaft seal adopts a packing seal for easy maintenance, and the anti-friction bearings are from the famous Japanese brand NSK.
Cutter head
Each cutter head is equipped with 5 blades, and 8 teeth are installed on each blade. High-chromium material is used to ensure excellent wear resistance.
The cutter head is driven by a hydraulic motor; the cutter bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing unit to prevent sediment from entering and ensure long-term stable operation.

The sand dredger vessel can be customized according to customers’ specific requirements, including the following options:
1. Installation of anchor booms
2. Configuration of spud carriage
3. Installation of 5 anchors for dredger positioning
4. Hydraulic drive for spud lowering (to safely pass under low bridges and ensure safe water transportation)
5. Equipping the dredger with an additional underwater dredging pump to increase the dredging depth to 20-30 meters underwater, with a slurry concentration of more than 30%.
6. Equipping the dredger with a booster station to extend the discharge distance.
